I recently ordered a roof rack and cycle carrier package, the ordering process was simple everything I needed was added to the basket in on click. Simple payment process and delivery set for the following day.
The order arrived and after some reading and setup I went to install the roof rack, only to find a part missing. I called the team and after a couple of checks with the dispatch team it was found that due to the system being new a part was not added to my basket. I was told that the part would be sent out at no extra cost and to my amazement received an email from Post Office saying it would be delivered the next day. All arrived and now fitted to the car. Great follow up customer service and will be back if I need anything else.

product is seat cover for an ionic hyunday from 2021. the product does not fit well in my car has no holes for seat belts, on the box shows the models of cars that are but the car for which I bought is not, the product has arrived safely back I do not understand what I have to do to respect my right to return

I needed to replace a lock on a roofbox. I had 2 video calls in which someone called Alistair talked me through everything from beginning to end. He could not have been more helpful or patient. I have never done any sort of DIY and am pretty useless with all manual tasks. This was a far from easy job but together we did it! Thank you Alistair and all at The Roof Box Company!

Recently had cause to use the company helpline because of a technical problem with a bike rack.Outstanding customer service with prompt help from the technical department, who went to a lot of trouble to resolve the issue.I would definitely buy from them again

I recently bought a roofbox package deal, comprising Yakima whisper roof bars and a Kamei Husky 330 roof box.
The instructions provided with the bars were poor (not the retailers fault), but luckily there's plenty of info available on YouTube.
I wasn't convinced that the fuittings supplied with the roofbox were correct so rang the helpline and they were brilliant, explaining that everything WAS there, I just hadn't realised it!
All in all a great experience dealing with them amd fantasic products.

I needed a roofbox and bars and having searched all the usual retail outlets and online I thought I was never going to find a solution, due to the make and model of my car.I first contacted The Roof Box Company through their webchat, although the advisor was very helpful and confident of a solution I was a little cynical due to other owners issues finding a suitable solution.
I went ahead with the order having been reassured that there was a 14 day return period if the items were not suitable. My box and bars came the next working day with full instructions and measurement specifications specifically for my car.
The bars and box are solid and have already been tested on the motorway, no issues whatsoever.
Well done for such a fantastic, speedy and well informed service.

I bought an Atera two bike tow ball fitted rack over 3 1/2 years ago from the Roof Box company. The rack is perfect for carrying our electric bikes. Until recently the rack has been fault free. Recently one light cluster appeared dimmer than the other, on checking the reflector had lost it’s reflective coating. I contacted the Roof Box company and within two days a replacement reflector was delivered. I’m very impressed how they have treated me as a customer. I have been fobbed off by large international companies on two occasions (Peugeot & Flymo) when the car and mower were under guarantee but that’s another story.
From the Roof Box companies initial sale through to this excellent customer service I can fully recommend them. 10/10.

Great choice of products, competitively price, but most importantly excellent customer service! I have been using them for many years to buy roof bars, two roof boxes and boot liners and have always been pleased with the selection, prices, website and quick shipment. However, this time I had to return an item (a dog box which just wasn't right for our dog - our fault, nothing wrong with the item) and experienced first hand how good their customer service is. Kerry went above and beyond dealing with my inquiries on how to do the return and helped to organise the shipment as well.

So many companies hide behind 'supply chain issues' or 'COVID ...'and use it to drop their standards, so it is a pleasant surprise to deal with a company that still takes pride in providing excellent customer service.

Would highly recommend to anyone!

2nd time using this company and NEVER again.

They sent me the wrong color roof bars, and to make it worse they didn't fit. AFTER a LOT of back and forth and them trying to sell me more expensive ones they finally relented and sent me a return label.

I have had to get the bank involved now and they have had the item in their possession for 2 weeks and are ignoring my emails for a refund update.

Bought a roof box and bars for car, the website makes it simple to get right parts for your car, had a problem when fitting, we rang them and I can honestly say they had one of the best customer service departments I've ever dealt with.

Excellent, knowledge service from the team. I spoke with Kerry on two separate occasions, before and after my purchase, both times receiving prompt and helpful responses.
The roof bars I purchased were also delivered quickly and fit as described on my car. Happy to recommend.
